Candle Care
To keep your candle burning beautifully, it’s important to keep some candle care tips in mind.
Always place your candle on a stable, heatproof surface, out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Let the top wax layer fully melt on the first burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn. This helps the wooden wick stay strong and prevents tunneling.
Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to about 3–5 mm. Keeping it short helps maintain a steady flame and prevents smoking or soot.
If the wick becomes too long, the flame may get too high or flicker. You can gently trim it with a wick trimmer, nail clippers... Always make sure to remove any loose debris before lighting your candle again.
