Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order and delivery address.

Free shipping applies in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany for orders from €75, from €100 for orders from France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom. Free shipping is available for the rest of the world from €150.

Shipping Time

We aim to ship your package as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders within Belgium and The Netherlands are generally delivered within 2 business days after processing. Delivery times for other European countries typically range from 2 to 10 business days. Delivery times for the US vary between 7 to 12 business days. Custom duties may apply for orders to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Iceland, Switserland and Liechtenstein.

Responsibility

We take every precaution to ensure your order is shipped safely. The risk of loss or damage during transport remains with us until you receive the package. Once delivered, the risk transfers to you.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship to addresses within the European, except for Bulgaria. Shipping is also available to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Iceland, Switserland and Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries cannot be processed at this moment.

Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
