Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries in the EU, except for Bulgaria. Shipping is also available to the United Kingdom, The United States, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Iceland, Switserland and Liechtenstein. When will my order be delivered? 

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from PostNL. 

Orders within Belgium and The Netherlands are generally delivered within 4 business days. Delivery times for other European countries typically range from 4 to 10 business days. Delivery times for orders to other countries vary from 5-16 business days and are calculated at the checkout page.

Is free shipping available?

Free shipping applies in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany for orders from €75, from €100 for orders from France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom. Free shipping is available for the rest of the world from €150.

How can I maintain and trim a wooden wick candle?

Wooden wicks create a soft crackling sound and a cozy ambiance, similar to a fireplace. To keep your candle burning beautifully, it’s important to care for the wick properly. Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to about 3–5 mm. Keeping it short helps maintain a steady flame and prevents smoking or soot.

If the wick becomes too long, the flame may get too high or flicker. You can gently trim it with a wick trimmer, nail clippers... Always make sure to remove any loose debris before lighting your candle again.

For best results, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn. This helps the wooden wick stay strong and prevents tunneling.
